DIY Herbal Tincture Workshop: Nervous System Regulation
Our nervous system is responsible for communication throughout the body, enabling thoughts, feelings, movements, and basic bodily functions. It acts as a network that transmits signals between the brain and the rest of the body, allowing us to interact with the world and maintain internal balance.
It is very common for us to experience nervous system dysregulation or often viewed as "burn out" to some. With the daily hustle & bustle of life, work life, personal life, bills, stressors, etc. Which can commonly get overlooked and leave us feeling very tired, ungrounded and unsure of what to do next when it comes to our personal care.
In this workshop we will be discussing the powerful ways herbs help bring our nervous system from "fight-or-flight" to "rest-and-digest." While having the opportunity to concoct your very own herbal tincture for relaxation and well-being.
Don't miss this opportunity to connect with nature and enhance your wellness journey!
All supplies are included with ticket purchase, sales end a day early to prep the space accordingly to group size.

Support us in our mission towards keeping our community clean!
We have become more aware throughout the years that Parma Heights has been experiencing an increase of litter.
As unfortunate as this may be, we wanted to ask those that feel the call to join us in a community trash clean up.
To gather together and take care of our city, to create a positive impact with hopes of inspiring others to do the same.
We will be meeting at the shop at 8:45AM where we will have bags and gloves ready for those coming to assist us this day.
This clean up will start around the Greenbrier Center, expanding out around the neighborhood, given how many will be joining.
The more hands on deck, the more area we can cover!
Feel free to call the shop at (440) 558-2475 or email contact.theetreehouse@gmail.com with any questions or to let us know you'll be joining us that day.
Let's show the community we care and respect it.
